AGENCY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Exhibition Management for the Department of Durban ICC
• Securing and payment of the venue – Durban ICC
• Securing and management of 100 exhibitors
• Set-up and dismantling of the exhibition stands
• Provision of the required furniture and décor for the Expo and shell schemes
• Guest relations and RSVP management services for exhibitors, guest lectures and visitors
• Videography and photography services
• Inviting media and issuing press kits
• Marketing and communication of the exhibition
• – set-up of radio interviews
• Set-up of JOC committee which included security, SAPS, Emergency services, etc.
• Managing catering and beverages for the 2 days
• Provision of all infrastructure – lighting sound,
• TV screens, WIFI, podiums, etc.
