AGENCY RESPONSIBILITIES

Anzomode was tasked with the planning and execution of the first South African Film summit on behalf of the National Department of Arts and Culture.  Agency responsibilities included:

• Venue procurement and management
• Catering logistics
• Content team management
• Graphic design and supply of branding collateral
• Online RSVP and guest liaison management
• Travel and accommodation bookings for guests
• Speaker co-ordination
• Recording and videography
• Live streaming of entire event
• Security, JOC Application
