AGENCY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Holistic project management services – from conceptualization, planning, co-ordination and management of all the various elements related to the Awards.
• Liaising and negotiating with sponsors for the show who were:
• The Premier’s Office, Department of Arts and Culture KZN, Department  of Economic Development KZN, Ukhozi FM, eThekwini Municipality and  Toyota Edwin Swales.

• Booking of artists for rehearsals in Johannesburg and in Durban.
• Handling of all accommodation requirements for artists, nominees, production team member’s and judges in a number of hotels in Durban.
• RSVP Management for 600 invited VIPS and stakeholders Electronic invites were sent out and ticket collection details were sent to the guests who had RSVP`d. Hostesses were also placed in the various hotel rooms to welcome  all guests coming to the Awards show.
• Designing the required branding artwork for the Awards show and printing and producing thereof.
